Add flour, sugar, eggs, milk, and salt to a blender.
If desired, add a large heaping spoonful of powdered sugar, and a splash of vanilla extract
Melt Butter in a microwaveable safe dish.
Add melted butter to blender and blend until batter is smooth.
Spray the pan with cooking spray, or apply butter to the pan.
Pour a thin layer of batter onto the hot pan.
When the batter stops looking super liquidy, slide thin object like a spatula around edges slowly working towards the center.
Flip by using 2 separate points to prevent tearing, or be a pro and flip and catch with the pan.
Almost immediately after flipping the crepe, slide off the pan onto a plate.
Continue until the batter is gone, or refrigerate the leftover batter for future use.
Top with your favorite topping, roll (if desired), and enjoy.

Dip crepe maker into the pan for about 5 seconds, to apply a thin even coat.

Typically you can only fit a double batch in a blender, if more is needed pour the first batch into a pitcher then make more. A double batch is typically good for 5-6 people.
